cable上网速度

新装的optimum cable上网， 说是15mb，但是我用http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ 去测试速度，下载只有6mb， 并且还是找最近的地方（NY）。为什么会差那么多，都少一半啊？ 你们的速度是多少？
