求助：Windows 7 显示黑屏

女朋友的laptop显示黑屏，估计是Windows7 软件不是正版。

求高人帮忙指点解决办法。

原来Vista好像是正版，但朋友帮忙升的Windows7,好像就出现黑屏了。估计不是正版。
