nettalk 不行

昨天收到,今天和它的技术顾问忙了半天,最终告诉我退货算啦.

问题:电话打通,有接通记录在户头里,router上也有接通记录,但实际上没有声音.

comcast cable, router is Motorola Surface SB901.
