请问只是上网，不要求电话和电视，有没有这样的公司？

比如Verizon 公司能不能只使用他们的DSL上网？而不用电话？

如Cable的 公司，只是上网，不要求他们的电视节目是否可以？

如果可以，怎么收费？哪位有经验，谢谢先！
