请求帮助, 急!!!

我前些天用电骡下了Norton AntiVirus 2003. 没想到今天收到我的ISP的email, "我的IP被Norton AntiVirus的产家Symantec监测到说我违反了Copyright, 我的Internet Access 在两天内就要被断掉, 除非我能提供没有非法使用或不再是用Norton AntiVirus 2003的证据". 请各位大侠出出主意, 我该怎么办? 非常感谢!
