NORTON ANTIVIRUS 2004 安装失败

The machine cames with Windows XP Home Edition and Norton Antivirus 2002. I removed Norton Antivirus 2002 and installed 2003, but failed. I then reinstalled 2002 back. Then I upgraded to Windows XP Professional Edition. I then removed Norton 2002 and installed 2004 Pro, but always got error message "Service Could Not Be Deleted" error message with error title of "Navapsvc'. Searched web site and removed Norton 2004, deleted all related folders, checked registry and then reinstalled 2004 under SAFE mode, still got the same erorr. Can anybody help? Thanks a lot.
