请高手帮忙，WINDOWS XP BACKUP

I did not want to set up backup disk everyday, but right now every-time when I turn on my computer, on the right of bottom always has message show up and says: “ You have files ands waiting to be written to the CD. To see the file now, click this balloon. ”

Can some body tell me how to stop it?
