求助：activation on boost mobile

fitwxc 大侠，今天我把手机服务转到boostmobile了。可是，差了一步，还没完成：激活电话（motorola w385, an used boostmobile phone）。BM 的客服让我按‘##173081#',然后问我看到‘view'and 'edit' 了么？ 可我的手机上还是只有我键入的几个字，什么变化都没有。这是这么回事呢？试了几次都是一样。

后来，我说我还有一个电话（used sprint htc diamond）,能不能换一个电话激活？他说可以试试。他让我键入 “＃＃303003＃”，我又犯愁了。我得先进入电话功能，才能看见键盘呀。但这样做对嘛？不得已，就这么做了。键入以上code后，电话没有丝毫动静。最后BM 的客服也没办法，让我leave phone on 24 hours, let it provisioning. 我也不懂这是什么意思，现在只能来这求救。
