有没有人知道有一种修补CD 的工具是什么样的东西?

我姐的儿子用不来, 我姐就拿到我家里来, 给我用.这是一个手转的工具, 要是你有CD 被擦坏了, 放上面, 或许可以把损坏的地方修好用一种纸擦好.可我觉得要是CD 擦坏了, 损坏的该是上面的音轨吧? 那样擦能擦好吗? 这又不是照相机的镜头.看不懂, 问问这里的大侠, 要是大侠也不知道, 就算了, 扔了吧.
