我在保存word文档时，出现保存对话框后不久就出现一个“sever busy”提示框。上面写道：
This action cannot be completed because the "file1-Microsoft Word" program is busy. Choose "Switch To" and correct the problem.

这是怎么回事儿？运行了杀毒软件也不管用，请各位好心人帮帮忙吧。多谢了。
