1。首先，Disable System Restore (XP).
（方法如下：1) Click Start > Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties. Click the System Restore tab.Check the "Turn off System Restore" or "Turn off System Restore on all drives" check box。Click Apply. Click Yes，Click OK. ）

2。Restart the computer in Safe mode or VGA mode.
3。Run a full system scan and delete all the files detected as Trojan.StartPage.
4。Reset the Internet Explorer home page.
按照上述步骤操作就可以了。完成后再把"Turn off System Restore"的勾勾掉。
