Best phone card to call China?

I'm looking for a phone card or service to call China. Can somebody give me some recommendation? I used to use viatalk and the quality was very good, but recently I canceled my contract with them. I tried two phone cards (1.3-1.6 cent/min), but the quality was very bad. Thanks.
