$180 only gives you very basic service. You will have to pay for "premium services" like Caller ID with Name, Anonymous Call Rejection and Selective Call Rejection, which are offered by other VOIP companies as standard features. They are hoping enough people sign up for the premier plan. Otherwise, Ooma business plan just like a Ponzi scheme, as long as they can get enough new customers they will be OK.
