请教Woddiy大侠：新的24” Full HD Widescreen Monitor 1920 X 1080分辨率如何设置

请教Woddiy及各位大侠：新买了Dell 的 TM ST2410 24” Full HD Widescreen Monitor 分辨率为1920 X 1080，

外接到Toshiba Dynabook VX/780手提电脑上（Note：我在两三周前的帖子里说过：我的Toshiba笔记本电脑本身的Monitor坏了，不能显示，只好暂外接一个monitor）

但我的Windows XP Display Properties 里的 Settings 里没有1920 X 1080这种设置参数，而只有1920 X 1440，这种设置参数Dell monitor 不认，因此我只好暂时设置为1280 X 1024

现在我在外界Dell 大的monitor上看到的图像都是偏的，请问我怎么能把这个新的monitor 设置正确 即 1920 X 1080
