请教一下，如果不做port forward 会出什么问题吗？

local phone 我曾经用过，设置好后没什么问题，话质很清楚，可后来某一天突然就不通了，需要重新reset一遍，然后过一阵又不行了.感觉不太reliable ,最后又换回了NONOH.
