求助沙漠大侠：网络电话 How to use GV and Nonoh to call using the same line?

Many thanks to 沙漠大侠. I tried very hard however I am not able to make the dial plan work, 沙漠大侠, I guess you also use GV and Nonoh to call USA and China using the same line, right? Would you willing to share your dial plan? And how did you make it work? You could replace your gemail account and password etc information in your dial plan with something else. Many thanks!
