Fat 32 support Volumes from 512 MB to 2 TB. However, you can't use Winxp to format it. You must use the manufacturer's disk utility or Partition Magic 8. My computer has a WD120 Gig SE in Fat32 format. You may want to say Fat32 is an inefficient way to partition large drive but it has its advantages--especially in a dual-boot system.
