求救：电脑被恶意网站攻击

我的电脑被一恶意网站（www.2719.com)攻击，病状如下：1）每次启动电脑时，IE会自动启动，并出现www.2719.com主页；2）IE的默认主页被改并锁定为MSN主页，无法再改动；3）管理员权限被disable。诚心向各们求救。
