可能你用的不是Win7。 可以下载 WinToFlash to make a bootable USB installer.

1. 要确定你的 PC has to support booting from a USB flash/pen/key drive.
To change in the BIOS to make this possible assuming your BIOS supports it.

2. 要确定 USB flash drive must support booting from it in general. (一些USB drive (eg. Kingston )不支持booting.
