电脑下载完firefox3.6.4后，就上不了网了

我家的台式电脑，前几天我更新升级到firefox3.6.4，操作完就不能上网了。

说是：The proxy server is refusing connections.
Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections.
1). check the proxy settings to make sure that they are correct.
2). contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working.

我以为火狐被我弄坏了，就点击IE，结果也不work. 现在是根本就上不了网，但我的笔记本还可以上网（也是前几天升级的），所以好像不是我家网的问题吧，那是什么呢，可以指点一下吗？
