in registry find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionUninstallMicrosoft Security Essentials and delete it. Then re-install the program and uninstall it and you'll remove Microsoft Security Essentials from your computer completely by this way.
