请教高手们-- 电脑没了sound device

Media player won't work b/c no sound device. Tried alt+f2 before windows loads but the screen was just blank. (Won't show the LOAD FAIL-SAFE & LOAD OPTIMIZED DEFAULTS options.)

What else i can do? I am not sure why its gone. It was fine before.
