如果你很注重performance，的确xp略胜一筹，但也所差无几。Win7的UI更fancy和友好,在security方面更可靠。当然用户刚从XP转过来时会很不习惯很多变化，比如找不到search和一些控制面板里的功能，切换目录时OS响应很慢。但你会发现search时结果会在你type key words时即时显示（这正是因切换目录时OS已cache了目录信息）。另一方面，如果你的工作涉及到DirectX10或Windows Phone 7，你就不得不用Windows 7。这里有个link是比较xp,vista和Win7：http://www.testfreaks.com/blog/information/windows-xp-vs-vista-vs-7/
