我己经 Msconfig，check it，和重启了. 但仍旧不能上网. 我有Norton, the Norton shows me: Severity: high; activity: Trojan.

Norton是在有效期. 我是用Sony VAIO (32-bit OS) notebook. 请再指点下一步.
