菜鸟请教GOOGLE VOICE安装步骤。需另配备什么器材吗?

想用GOOGLE VOICE 打电话，现已申请了号码，问

接下来我该准备再买些什么配套器材（什么是SPA3120)
并请指导一步步具体接驳安装步骤。我什么都不会，谢谢你
