可能是Modem中有Router，一个LocalNetwork只能有一个DHCP

接PC直接到Modem，从你的PC, start -> run
run cmd, then run ipconfig. the ipconfig will tell you that what is your gateway.
if the gateway is 192.168.0.1, then http://192.168.0.1/
see if the modem has a router inside.

you have to disable the router inside the modem, or degrade the second router to a bridge.
