you can find it on " Control Panel"--> Ragional and Language. double click it, it will pump up an new window, in "Advance' tag, you could select "English" instead of "Chinese PRC". and in "language" tag, deselect the two check boxes for asian language. and then restart your computer. you will remove Chinese from your computer. when you want to use it again, you can do it reversely as before.
