I just checked the DSL service for my new address, I can only get 256Kbps downstream/upstream, which is not acceptable.Looks like cable is the only option for me. Just hope the speed fluctuation of the cable internet will not affect my VoIP, $40 for a landline is too much. Again thank everyone for your input.
