voip 电话号码

我找到一个SIP 的软件，http://www.sip-communicator.org/index.php/Main/HomePage 说可以打VOIP， VoIP and Instant Messaging client.

我只需要从电脑接和电脑听，不要电话机。但是我需要一个电话号码，不然别人没有办法给我打电话。那么上哪里找一个电话号码呢？
