想给老人买中文系统笔记本电脑，大侠指点！

全部中文系统，主要是上网，速度应该快，偶尔玩些游戏（不是太复杂），能够与电视机连接，要求有网卡、无线卡，硬盘一个100G，内存2G，UBS口要多一点（最好2个以上），有光驱，能够放光盘和刻盘，电池寿命要长，屏幕20寸以上。整机可靠性高、维修率低，性价比高等等。是在国内买好？还是在美国买好（安装中文包）？哪个牌子好？请大侠指点！谢谢先！
