请教nonoh CID 验证问题

最近申请了个nonoh账户，可是一直无法使用自己的电话号码作为outbound CID. 用nonoh软件加了自己的电话，也verify了，可是电话前的radio button还是灰的，没法选择。不知大家有没有遇到类似的问题。谢谢！
