Windows XP 64-bit is 1 of best OS I've used, besides Windows 2000. The only trouble is it is incompatible with LOTS of peripherals.

Why do you upgrade to 64-bit Windows XP? If you really need 64-bit environment, the best way is to buy Dell computer with XP-64 from factory.
