as other friends already pointed out for you, it should be "http", not "hppt", doesn't matter if you use FF or IE, any brower is fine. and the ip should be "192.168.x.x", not "168.192.x.x", this is the your default gateway. if you can't find your user mannual, open up command prompt, run ipconfig, you are able to see your gateway's ip.
