电脑老死机,原因是温度过高,怎么修?

ACER 的Core 2 quad 6600 系统.以前用的挺好(一年多时间吧).

尔后老死机.因为鼠标老是掉在机箱上,怀疑CPU上的散热膏脱落.拆开机箱,没有什么灰,但还是重装了风扇,涂了散热膏(arctic silver 5).

但问题依旧.

每次死机后重启, 查BIOS,主板温度44C, CPU 37C.风扇970RPM.(这风扇是不是转慢了?)

这温度好象不该死机啊?怎么修呢?
