网络电话long waiting time and call drop

正在调试网络电话，SPA3102接Qwest DSL, GV+SG In, VD or Raketu Out。Raketu reg on PSTN and LINE1 as gw2。Stun:stun.sipgate.net. NAP enabled on LINE1 and PSTN. 打美国效果很不错。

问题：拨出到中国总是要等大约20秒时间。 Raketu与中国通话时有中断，短的刚接通时，长的10分钟后。不知是否普遍问题。你是如何解决的？
