have a legit nortonAV, always on, always check downloaded file before openning, only things not checked are internet webpages(but autoprotect is on), i am wondering something through w2k ports? services, try to checked running process/threads, nothing particularly suspitious. need some more detailed suggestions

anyway, thank for your comments and anyone else out there offering any further suggestion will be also greatly appreciated.
