SOS： 如何使用 ImgBurn

刚下载个 ImgBurn。可看了半天也没发现如何：
（１）将 APE 或 MP３ 文件烧到 CD 上。这 CD 打算在车上 CD player 用
（２） 将 CD－RW format

哪位知道请指教一二。俺先谢啦。。。
