help, please

my pc has some problems:
1. after 10 mins connecting , there is " svchost.exe is wrong..." then all the chinese website not work,but i can see the mainpage work well, only those links for the news cannot work
2, no copy and paste function
3. as i open a excel, there is" xcel.exe is wrong...", so i cannot open it.
nearly all english web are ok
i had triedto
1. format c:/
2. update norton
3. download mcafee's stinger to scan. sometime it can find a virus "svchost.exe"and clean it,but now both of them show no virus.
what shoul i do?
ple give me a hand
