Dell laptop typing 问题--求救

刚买了一台 Dell laptop INSPIRON 1545, 常常type 时会出现window,type O,"open" window shows up, when type S, save window shows up,诸如此类window 把我搞得烦死 , 怎么样才能去掉这问题?
