问个有关iPod 的菜鸟问题

1) 是不是对music file来讲, iPod只接受 wma 的, 不接受mp3 的? 那么, if iTunes can convert wma to mp3 or I have to use another converter.
2) 什么样的movie file iPod可接受 ? rmvb or avi?
