洗一下电脑。。。当然不是扔进洗衣机里面。。。

你需要除毒。

1. 试试反Spyware的软件，如Spybot-S&D,Google一下，免费的
2. 如果不行，试试system restore，方法很简单。注意选中毒前的那一天。这是微软关于XP的方法：
a. Log on to Windows as Administrator.
b. Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click System Restore. System Restore starts.
c. On the Welcome to System Restore page, click Restore my computer to an earlier time (if it is not already selected), and then click Next.
d. On the Select a Restore Point page, click the most recent system restore point in the On this list, click a restore point list, and then click Next.
Note A System Restore message may appear that lists configuration changes that System Restore will make. Click OK.
e. On the Confirm Restore Point Selection page, click Next. System Restore restores the previous Windows XP configuration, and then restarts the computer.
f. Log on to the computer as Administrator. The System Restore Restoration Complete page is displayed.
g. Click OK.

3. 如果还不行的话。。。重装操作系统是最彻底的方法。
