since you can receive the call from sipage->sipsorcery, that means you configure the sipgate correctly. so for calling out, in dial plan, just put in [sys.Dial " sipgate" ], however, there will be $0.019/min charge for sipgate.

tell me what have been configured in your sipsorcery and ATA, will let you know how to fix it.
