Help on Outlook Express

I added a Comcast email account to the Outlook Express.
In the Servers tab from the Accounts Properties box (Tool->Accounts), I got:

Incoming mail (POP3): mail.comcast.net
Outgoing mail (SMTP): mail.comcast.net
...
Account name: account_name
...

But after I shutdown the computer and start it again, I got:

Incoming mail (POP3): localhost
Outgoing mail (SMTP): mail.comcast.net
...
Account name: account_name/mail.comcast.net
...

And I cannot get email from the server because the POP3 server now becomes localhost.

Does everyone know how to fix the problem?
