网络电话从DSL 换到CABLE 后怎么不能用了?

我的网络电话在DSL 上用的挺好, 为什么接到邻居的cable +wirelss router 上就没声了? 拨 ****110# 后提示的IP 地址是0.0.0.0, 这是怎么回事? 谢谢帮助
