问一个家庭网络IP地址的问题

我的router的IP是192.168.2.1。
我的计算机和其他设备都接在router 192.168.2.1上。
我的一个设备E的IP是192.168.2.10，由于没有密码，我不能改变这个地址。
我的计算机连到router上获得192.168.2.x的地址，可以访问设备E。

目前我需要使用邻居的网络上网。他们router的IP是192.168.0.1，我不可能改变邻居的这个地址。
我从他的router拉一条线到我的计算机上可以上网。这样，我的计算机得到的IP是192.168.0.x。
好像如果我的计算机获得了192.168.0.x的地址就不能访问设备E。

我想把自己的router和邻居的router联起来，让我的计算机既能上网，又能使用设备E(192.168.2.10)，该如何做？
