Upgrade the OS from Vista To Win 7, you will see the speed running AC much faster as Win 7 manages the video stream and 3-D better than Vista;
2)
Upgrade the AC to be 64-bit version, you will again see boost in performance in HP
3)
HP has larger RAM (8G), larger than 4Gb in Acer
