电脑乱码问题

我有两台手提电脑，一个是VISTA，另一个是WINDOWS 7， 都是英文版， 用影音风暴看电影时，插入的中文字幕显示的都是乱码？我不想装盗版的中文系统，如何解决字幕问题？ 谢谢！
