have you registered sipgate both at ATA and sipsorcery? sipgate can only be registered at one service, either at your ATA or at sipsorcery. sipsorcery's function is a web switch and a ATA. If you rigistered sipgate on sipsorcery, then you cannot register it on your ATA.

you need show your settings for the registration, have you used stun server.
