COMPAQ一些旧型号(我的是Compaq Presario V2000)的主板POWER MODULE设计有BUG,差不多2年左右就有电源启动的问题.网上有讨论:

试一下以下步骤:
1.Disconnect the AC Adapter.
2.Remove the Battery pack.
3 Hold the Power button down for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
4.Reconnect the AC adapter (do not connect the Battery now).
5.Turn ON the Notebook power.
