网络电话怎样接收数字输入？

问一个很菜鸟的问题：我刚刚设置好了ipkall打入nonoh打出的网络电话，可是打一些800电话的时候，当我用电话按键输入数字的时候，似乎并没有反应。请问各位大侠问题在哪儿，该怎么设置？谢谢!
